Haiku

windsongs...
filling my muse
with chords of many colors

a gentle breeze
on the spanish moss
ancient hula moves

a zepher spins
"Laka" god of the forest
moves through the trees

Tanka

stargazing

wall to wall stars
the big dipper
drips comet dust
lighting up
the milky way

Free Verse

like a thief in the night

synapse sickness
incredible sadness
of bi-polar static
a magnetic pulling
mind thievery, madness
a suspicious nature
trips them up
words coming
from their mouth
can never be taken back
they simmer
eating holes in my soul
