Wind Haiku

Spring wind
one by one they droop
the daffodils

Spring wind
herring boats in the harbour
she covers her face

Alone in the chapel
the Spring wind enters
candles flicker

Spring wind
moves across her face
scent of daffodils

Spring wind
drifts into the room
feeling of restlessness

Spring wind
the seagull glides
in the clear sky

On a clear day
a sudden gust of wind
as the sails unfold

Spring day
the first picinic
on green grass

On the sidewalk
Spring wind flows
over the new worms

ebb tide
a swirl of Arctic terns
riding the thermals

flood tide
full moon floating
above the pines

pale sun
through the garden arch
beaded cobwebs

shore traffic
two gulls glide
wing-to-wing
