under palm
trees
I dream of winter snows
and read Sketchbook poems—
one thousand miles away
my garden burried in snow
Strawberry Moon: A Crown Cinquain
savor
the
strawberry
scent in sky's fading light—
I touch your sweet lips at starlight's
first gleam
under
the golden spell
of sun's red sinking orb
embracing in Pacific swells,
we kiss
ocean
waves sweep the sand,
moon and foam rivulets
gently wash away our footprints—
naked
we bask,
flesh pressed to flesh—
in the silver moon light
blazing like comets in the sky
sweet love
embraced—
washed with sea waves
a sandy beach beneath
strawberry moonlight, two lovers
spooning
