old friends meet
in the morning sky

the
art
of words
knows no bounds—
each poem like a soul,
etched in memory,
a painting—
color,
shape,
line,
and form
on pages
preserved for the eyes
of future ages.
a rose bouquet
with delicate scent
hello, old friend

*Fibonacci, also known as Leonardo of
Pisa (c.1175 - c.1240), was born in Pisa, Italy. He is renowned
as a mathematician. His mathematical concept has been applied to the
Fibonacci poetry form: the syllables of each poetry line follow the
Fibonacci sequence of numbers where the next number is the sum of the
previous two.
