Ruminations of the Artist

IHere are two photos of me working on a new painting... 4x8 foot... in my beautiful garage studio... it is glorious summer here... 80 degrees and sunny with a nice breeze... i cannot be indoors on a day like this... so with the garage door open, the light and breeze both come in... very nice...

Anyway, i have been at this painting for a couple weeks now... it should be finished sometime this summer... i will send it around when finished....

Leaving tomorrow early for Riverside, CA to visit Elice and family... then they will be in Minnesota for a while so it will be great to spend some time with them... Erika and Kurt and Norman and Kim are also going to join Mary and I in Riverside for Zarina's baptism on Saturday... we are not all together that often so that will be really great...
