Days of Fond
Excess
Stay,
now,
until
the vapid
days of fond excess
somehow become enlightening.
Feral
Dogs
Mount
the
gallows—
open sky,
air shot through with light
feral dogs roam through the city
as all kind faces gather for the festivities.
