Haiku
Black Sea bay
two boats sail
into dawn
jazz in the dark
drumming
of raindrops
ozone…
sun rays through a hole
in the parasol
a blind
kitten
thrown in the thicket
the haiku I didn’t write down
even the sunset
diluted in rain …
vapid wine
dancing with
clouds
a raven soars up
in the storm
she’s back …
in her boots sand
from the beach
clutching
the key
while we argue—
an old scar
museum
a faded flag
droops
Old Spice—
a room I don’t enter
anymore
