Eau de Cologne Spring

When I write with silver strand moonbeams when
you yearn for me in moonrise I'll find you
Just sate your pen with ink well of rose, just
imbue cloudscape with passion puffs, imbue.

Bring paper cream dreams on wings on love, bring
gift wrap, nib me in the bud of your gift
Spring kissed with eau de cologne breath of Spring
drift me on bluebird skies, scribe of my drift.

See! how our first eye-lift look locked love, see
how I dotted your violet eyes gold, how
We flourished with poetry's ode and we
now have pledged vows to honor our love now.

Names signed in calligraphy both our names
flames of sonnet's gild ink, these are our flames!

This is not just a Love Poem

It's the scarlet robin that sits on a streetlamp of night
to warble a nightingale's song.

It's the freckled shade of your arms embracing my skin
as it radiates porcelain white.

It's the trust of your lust and shelter you make
as your foot arches bone china of pearl.

It's the back of your sleep when you turn to my front
and we fall into an impossible dream.

This is not just a love poem~~

It's the binocular mindscape to a molecular cloud
to stellify the Venus starlight of love.

It's the eye of the storm blinking the last tear
as we compromise an ingenious wink.

It's the sea and the sky, the sun in rain's sprinkle
arched by Iris, Goddess of Rainbow with grace.

It is our eternal love poem~~

You and I, us and we, beyond breath of breathe
no beginning no end, no point of return~~~

First Autumn Leaf

Just look through glass where shadows play
Autumn song in frost's dew-worm day
where trees are streamed with dappled light
as flamed Summer fire takes its flight
to corkscrew where new cool notes sway.

Window reveals lost leaf's dismay
it streaks a tear on courtyard grey
yet sand and sea a child's delight.
Just look through glass~~~

A hundred sunsets now display.
I pick up Autumn leaf and pray
this now curled red-cheek child sleeps tight
'till winter dreams spin mists to light
to flame and find lost Summer's day.
Just look through glass~~~

Alouette

Up and Away!

Ah! - see them whirl 'round
ne'er touch sky nor ground
as the wind twirls hair of floss
'round and 'round they turn
hands now twine and yearn
jewelry for ring finger's gloss.

Down and up so far
they stretch to their star.
Cupid beams on wings above
love drips from cloud nine
drops near waves of brine
to whoopee vows of their love!

Here on their first date
they turned on their fate
smiles laughed as they tried to kiss.
Now up and away
wind blows red bouquet
to bounce beetroot sun of bliss.

Look! they loop the loop
to glide, rise and swoop.
Their head, heart and body reels.
"They've eloped" we sing
my child twists her ring
we know love turns ferris wheels.
