2. One Poem Per Person
3. Use the following format:

Full Name of Author
Email address
Number of Lines in poem
Single space between lines-double space between stanzas. No
profanity, no gratuitous sex, no disparaging of any racial or
ethnic group; no negative statements with regard to sexual
orientation or disability/challenge. No putting down of any
religion or belief.

About our judge: KAREN O'LEARY is a wife, mother, nurse, and
freelance writer from North Dakota. Her short stories,
articles, and poetry have appeared in various venues including

The Journal of Christian Nursing, and Art With Words. She
