Nature! Protect it Dear!!

Every living being
Aspires to grow
To stand on its own.

See the green tree tops
Romancing with the breeze
To shed their delicacy
And pave way for new ones
In a bid to reach new skies.

Listen to the cozy buds
Hum with the moon-lit night
To blossom in full
And to bathe in its warmth
Before getting plucked
By a crazy damsel.

See the dark clouds
Moving in clusters,
Showering sheets of rain
From the encircled silver lining,
Merrily to get melted
In the snowy mountain lap.

Feel the blowing wind
Cool and delight-filled;
Captivating and cultivating
New and pleasant thoughts
In each and every living being.

Swinging like waves in mid air
How playful and lovely they fly,
They are but home-coming birds
Lo ! Enjoying every bit of life
Despite a short span they have.

Every living being aspires to grow
We are but jealous, not the nature
Protect it dear ! For our own future.

Instinct of Humanity

The lengthening shadows
Break the silence
Of the slipping dawn.
Back from work
After a day-long toil
Under the scorching sun,
Their tiresome faces
Speak volumes of dissent
Of their pathetic life.
Unable to escape
The gallows of poverty,
It is the down-trodden
Compelled and subjected
To face stark realities
Of forcing situations,
Where the traumatic spells
Of starvation deaths
Chase their pathetic lives
With an insecure tomorrow.

Cool and composed
The wind blows
Over the running stream.
The home-coming birds
Dot the twilight sky;
Flying back to cozy nests
hey tempt viewer’s eye.
But, for the poverty-stuck
Every day is agonizing
And tomorrow remains
An endless uncertainty.
Who is there but
To shower mercy on them?
Awaken ….
Oh instinct of humanity,
Awaken in every human
Even at this late hour.
Yes, let our heads
Hang not in shame tomorrow,
And, let us not get blind
With eyesight, intact.

Forever! Forever!

In the fragile thoughts
The buds of peace
Into flowers of trust
Blossom! Blossom!

Implanting the seeds
In the soil of peace
Let us seek joys
Unbound! Unbound!

Humans are we
Having wit to choose
Between good and bad
Remember! Remember!

A thought of peace
Can change our mood
And shower delights
Wonderful! Wonderful!

In the valley of peace
The pigeons of love
Shall adore the skies
Forever! Forever!

The sinking sun
On the eastern horizon,
The fading brightness
Under the impending darkness
Snatch my desperation
From the shores of desperation.

The moon-lit night
Shall uplift my spirits,
While the cool breeze
Poses a thoughtful challenge
To ward-off the gloom
That rocks like a storm.
All is well and good
When life is understood,
In a right spirit
With a right thought
