"Plus 1"
This form,
which I have labelled 'plus1' starts with one letter,
increasing each by one line with just one letter, ie
1:2:3:4:5: etc. With an integral title. My examples show a
linked sequence of two 'plus1' poems; a variation might be a
reverse sequence: 1;2;3;4;5;5;4;3;2;1

Spaces is an
'imagist' poetic form which I came across about four years ago.
It has a senryu/haiku flavour to it. The middle ' blank' line
leaves 'space' for the reader's imagination.
