Lost Generation

In surly, derisive winds, I hear disconsolate
Broken voices of fatherless children shrunk
To puny men haunted by ruthlessly callous
Desires with fractured minds and sclerosed bodies!
Tormented are their souls, quarantined
Within Ominous incomprehension of sullen,
Platitudinous love, muttering cold, recycled
Ideas and claustrophobic hopes in the
Dungeon of vertiginous, unfulfilled dreams!

Tyranny

Waves of tyrannical heat,
Hysterical gusts of wind,
Chilling spells of brutal cold,
Apocalyptic, violent desires
Invade Nature's green vitality,
Spewing horrendous invectives
Upon the battered environment
As Mother Earth stoops
Upon tottering knees
To beg for love and mercy!
