The Dark Art

Enlightened mind,
laughing at sanity.
Crazed gestures
causing opaque-silk robes
to flutter madly about.
Frenzied thinking,
Mansonesque desires.

I summoned the
unpure night.
Its gothic aria
invaded my mind.
Today I know,
it was myself.

My weary eyes kissed
the crystal, and it echoed
my frazzled imaginings.
Delicious alien desire
floating within my thoughts.

Sane I was,
crossing Heaven,
my nerves tingling
as I laughed with
the Northern Lights,
beyond the stars.
