I am
enclosing the image of the harleyman along with the poem that
I wrote...in my view if an art piece reflects the culture it
was done in it has much more merit than just any image that
comes along...as far as the lettering goes...letter forms are
the grandchildren of painting...1st came the painting on the
cave, 2nd came brands for animals, 3rd Egyptian pictographs or
hiroglifics, and lastly the alphabet...
The
question that I ask students is "what does the word CAT really
have to do with that fluffy little animal in the corner?" the
answer is nothing except it forms an abstract thought in the
reader that relates...
The use of
his name 'MIKE' is also one of these usages...it tells the
viewer his name..
