The Silent Master

He moved
with quiet grace
silently speaking words—
boundless images of meaning
told all.

His
great
passion moved
us to high pleasure—
laughter and tears—immense delight;
ageless motion and deft movement—
joyful and sad smiles
were his art;
Marcel
Marceau
